Apartment was large and comfortable but it needs cosmetic repairs
Positive: It was comfortable and had everything that was required.
Negative: Desk staff were not very helpful. There was an issue with access cards which was very inconvenient.

The stay was good due to the area but the holiday itself was spoilt due to the performance of bookii
Positive: Location
Negative: No host despite being given 2 contact numbers. No cutlery or utensils in kitchen. Apartment tired, laminate flooring joints open causing trip hazards and injuries. Flies everywhere in the apartment. Had problems with lock on first night and couldn't contact anyone. Key fob was cancelled due to wrong check out dates being given to building management and couldn't contact anyone for support. Very disappointing performance all round.
